No, No, No
By J. W. Scales
The LARMENIUS INHERITANCE is a difficult read. Two different groups are searching for an artifact--exactly what it is is only defined in vague terms. It purportedly will allow all of the countries in the Middle East to unite under one banner. This idea should be a red flag, but it only shows up late in the game. When all is said and done, the three main culprits are taken away--where we don't know. A fourth, Stephane Degen, just disappears--no closure on him at all. The artifact--who knows? Then the author spends another 15-20 pages defining the persons, places, and things that he wrote about in the previous 467+ pages. This is not what best sellers are made of.

I really liked this story! It held my attention from the first page to the last. I loved the descriptions of the locations taking place, and of the characters. I love history, anyway, and this was a real treat! The fact that there were twists and turns was an added bonus!
